Flight Notes:

Rocket did not attain much altitude, weathercocking into the wind. This caused a trajectory which arced over into a prang. Nose cone ejected but parachute never left the body tube and suffered minor singing along the root edge which in a couple of places melted two sides together making it doubtful that even if it would have left the tube that it would have deployed. The fore end of the body tube suffered 5mm of crimping along 40% of the rim due to impact with the ground. The parachute wasn't pulled fully out of the body tube due to it's attachment to a three ring swivel joining the shock cords, which is 16 cm forward of the fore end of the body tube. this seems not to have been enough to pull the parachute out at ejection.
